International marketing expert to visit Johannesburg
Malcolm McDonald
Professor Malcolm McDonald needs little introduction. Best-selling author of over 40 books, the widely respected guru is a leading international authority on marketing strategy and key account management. He has worked closely with an impressive portfolio of international companies including many top South African businesses which include PG Glass, Eskom, Telkom, Vodacom, M-Net, Standard Bank, Investec, Transnet, Portnet, VW, Santam and BOE. McDonald recently retired from his post as Deputy Director of Cranfield University, where he still lectures and conducts ground-breaking marketing research.
McDonald spends much of his time travelling the world presenting workshops on strategy and account management in today's ever-changing marketing landscape characterised by the Digital Age. His trademark approach combines tried and trusted business basics with modern flourishes, and offers steadfast solutions to common problems such as declining profits, reduced shareholder value, and the negative reputational status of organisations.
Strategic Business Services will host two of McDonald's one-day workshops in Midrand on 24 and 25 February 2015.
- Day 1: MARKETING STRATEGY - How to develop a winning strategy to grow sales and profits, create shareholder value and enhance reputational value
- Day 2: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Global best practice - how to win business from big powerful customers
