This division now incorporates TEAM and Global Conferences Africa from TDM and Indo Jet and the TTS MICE division from Tourvest Travel Services.

Bryan Coetzee has been appointed as chief operating officer, effective 1 April 2011 and will spearhead the new division. Previously director, operations and procurement at TDM, he was very involved with its recent rebranding "I am an African" product range, offering ticketing, bed purchase and escorted touring to all markets. Bryan joined Tourvest Inbound as GM procurement in 2007 from Europcar, where he held the position of sales and marketing director.

"The 2010 FIFA World Cup was a great success for TDM and hence the reasoning behind the creation of this entire new division. The dynamics mean that we can now offer clients a variety of different services which I have no doubt will position us at the forefront of business and sports tourism globally," he says.
