The evolution of Saltwater Girl beyond print

Over the past four years SWG magazine has grown into both the thought and circulation leader in the female youth market. This has been achieved by monitoring market demands and ensuring that we are in a position to service those demands before anyone else does. We pride ourselves in being able to pass this competitive advantage on to our advertising partners.

True to form we're moving to the next level in terms of satisfying our consumer demands and this opens up a whole new range of possibilities for our advertising partners. As a multimedia platform in 2006 SWG will offer the following touch points for advertisers:

  • Five different SWG branded print products. These include The Regular Issue, The Special Fashion Issues, The Poster Issue, The Diary and SWG Surf magazine.
  • Our website. Recently relaunched and revamped, the site will be far more interactive than ever before. It will be aggressively cross-promoted through the regular issues of SWG.
  • Our electronic newsletter, which provides bite-sized chunks of info to our SMS data-base, when and where they need it.
  • Three different SWG events: The SWG Model Search, The SWG Experience and the first ever SWG Surf Movie. These events all have print, electronic, radio and TV elements.
