Bikers take the virtual highway
RedInk Publishing will be publishing the BikersOnly e-magazine from the end of October 2005. BikersOnly will be the portal for a comprehensive directory of everything and anything that might concern a biker. From hotels to helmets and magazines - and everything in between.
Distributed to a database of thousands every Friday morning, the e-zine will tell bikers about new routes which are pothole and granny-free, great restaurants and places to sleep for some well deserved pit stops, a 'polisieman' who rats out traps, fast news, bikespotting, what's on this weekend, upcoming track days and rallies, shows of 2-wheel interest to look out for on TV this weekend... and that's just the beginning.
RedInk's Publisher, Daniella Louw says: "It'll be witty, full of pics, chicks and shiny stuff! But it will also be written in a style which takes these 'premiums' out of their grey offices, and into the colourful excitement which is their Sunday morning Moses.
"These guys are passionate about their hobby - and our research shows that they lap up everything about it. Which is why when we spotted this gap, we couldn't help but fill it."
