He joined IBM in 1980 and spent 14 years in various positions at the company including systems engineer, sales and branch management. In 1993, he became sales director at Siemens Business Solutions (Nixdorf) and later started Stratham Bryce, a sales management consultancy. He has worked closely with major blue chip organisations in the ICT sector in Africa and Europe, such as Deutsche Telecom (London), Vodacom, Dimension Data and TransUnion.
