Finalists selected in media awards

The 15 media finalists for this year's brandhouse Responsible Drinking Media Awards, which will be awarded at a dinner at the One & Only hotel in Cape Town on Wednesday 30 May 2012, have been selected.

This year, an independent panel consisting of Cape Talk radio presenter, Kieno Kammies, media & marketing guru and Bizcommunity.com non-executive chairman and regular columnist, Chris Moerdyk and the chief director of the National Liquor Authority, Thezi Mabuza, judged the awards. "This expert panel of judges had an arduous task of assessing over a 100 entries, all with compelling motivations and angles demonstrating their efforts to support and promote responsible drinking," says Mabasa.
