Tourism Investment Awards launched
At this year's Hospitality Investment Conference for Africa, happening 30 September –2 October 2007 in Cape Town, the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) will be hosting the inaugural Tourism Investment Awards in four categories, namely the Project of Excellence and Innovation; Investment of the Year; Journalist of the Year; and Lifetime Achiever.
The awards are intended to foster a sense of unity towards realising a shared vision of growth and excellence for the South African tourism industry. TBCSA therefore is calling for nominations of eligible persons/organisations for the Tourism Investment Awards.
The awards will strive to recognise and reward companies and individuals who have made an extraordinary contribution to lifting the profile of the tourism industry through promoting growth, investment, innovation and excellence across all tourism sectors.
