Grey SA MD to speak at Promax Africa
Grey Worldwide SA MD, Dallas Glover, is to speak at the inaugural Promax Africa conference in Johannesburg on 13 November 2006. Glover will be sharing some of the knowledge that has contributed to Grey's success in the African market.
Promax Africa aims to attract the decision makers of the advertising and business industry.
Glover's talk at 3pm is entitled "Pass the TV remote, the ads are on". He will be detailing the development of a brand's value chain, and the role of TV at various stages within that development.
In particular, he will focus on the varied use of TV for advertising that falls outside of traditional usage, as well as the often symbiotic relationship between advertising and TV programming, including audience profiling.
