In support of the television commercial for the spacious Peugeot 206 station wagon, Saatchi & Saatchi commissioned ComutaNet to brand seven mega buses with one of the vibrant images shown in the ad. The buses will travel the streets of Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal and the Western Cape, communicating to pedestrians and motorists the availability of the new vehicle.
The television commercial depicts a bus driver who cannot get any more passengers onto his tatty bus. When he sees a billboard advertising the new Peugeot 206 in bright yellow, he copies the image onto a side panel of the bus, resulting in passengers wanting to ride in the bigger, more spacious, more attractive Peugeot 206 branded bus.
