Starcom awarded Celtel planning

Amsterdam-based MSI Cellular has awarded Celtel’s Pan Africa media planning to Starcom. The creative execution is being handled by Ovation and the media buying by African Extension. The launch campaign on television, radio and in print breaks starts this month.
