New account for BrandNew

Woodmead-based advertising agency BrandNew has been appointed to increase circulation of the bi-weekly newspaper, Gauteng Business.

Hailing from the Naspers stable, the publication is two years old and currently boasts a circulation figure of 21 200, present ABCs. Gauteng Business has secured a growing readership in the SME market by offering breaking news, case studies, management tips and advice, IT and branding information, as well as showcasing various business opportunities.

BrandNew has conceptualised an eight-week campaign (running June to July) which includes radio advertising on 94.7 Highveld Stereo, Talk Radio 702, Jacaranda and Kaya FM, as well as print advertising in Beeld and ADvantage. Further to this media mix, street pole advertising has been added and to pike consumer interest, an IT business make-over worth R250 000 can be won.
