Remuneration and Data Administrator Intern

Purpose of the role 

The Remuneration and Data Administrator is responsible for people data integrity and ensuring all remuneration processes and HR related projects are documented and well maintained.

 This role will ensure all employee data is maintained and accessible through Sage and TalentConnect - company' HRIS

Data integrity

• Complete monthly checks on all employee data
• Follow up with divisions to ensure there is no missing data
• Check alignment of data between Sage and TalentConnect
• Follow up with divisions on data updates

Job profile repository administration

• Ensure all roles in the business have a job description
• File JD’s to ensure link to job titles on Sage
• Maintain the job family report and job grading outcomes and benchmarks

Project management 

• Assist with all HC related projects as and when needed which align to the HC calendar.
• This will include assisting with communications, project status updates and tracking of progress.

Educational requirements

• Bachelors degree or 3 year diploma in Human Resources Management

Skills required 

• Strong excel skills and able to do pivots and lookups
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong understanding of HR value chain, governance, and compliance.
• Advanced MS- Excel and MS-Powerpoint skills
• Attention to detail and data integrity
