We are seeking a reliable and experienced Gluing Machine Operator to operate and maintain a folder gluer machine in our printing and packaging production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cartons are folded and glued accurately according to customer specifications while maintaining high quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the folder gluer machine for different carton designs and production runs
• Monitor machine performance during production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Conduct quality checks on finished cartons to ensure proper folding, alignment, and bonding
• Adjust machine settings when required to accommodate different jobs or correct issues
• Complete required production documentation and job sign-offs
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical faults or issues
• Ensure proper feeding of materials and smooth machine operation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine and work area
• Report any delays, defects, or production issues to the Supervisor
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Skills & Requirements

• Experience operating a folder gluer or carton gluing machine in the printing or packaging industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machine settings
• Good understanding of carton folding and gluing processes
• Ability to work under production targets and deadlines
• Basic machine maintenance knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain accurate production records
• Strong work ethic and reliability
