Analyzes employee related data such as personal information, professional background and compensation matters. Maintains and updates employee information in human resources information system (HRIS). Ensures data accuracy. Interprets data to assist in planning and developing human resource management decisions used for staffing, productivity and training.
Maintains a database for the department in keeping with Skills Development procedures and other departmental requirements.
Administration of applications for bursaries and training courses (internal and external) as well as conference/congress attendance on a regional level. It will also include the recording of all training and education interventions and reporting such training in a prescribed format against regional Workplace Skills Plans (WSP)
Recruitment process for students: Assist with arranging interviews, prepare interview documentation, do reference checking for candidates, contacts successful candidate.
Analysing RFQ/RFP/EOI documents to ensure submissions are focused, creative, articulate, and compliant;
Calling and participating in strategic start-up meetings for new proposals and interviews;
Works with team on proposal related tasks and ensuring that contributors submit complete information on deadlines and editing their work for content and grammar
