Maximizing investors wealth in the property development is my goal, investors buy off plan and resell on completion while others prefers to let for monthly rentals and later on resell at a higher property market value.

Previously was engaged with North Dakota Development in the US promoting and marketing property development in the oil-field mining accommodation space. I am an ex banker having worked with Nedbank commercial banking and FNB corporate property finance.
