I am an extremely diligent, determined and ambitious and perform well under pressure. My strengths are; excellent interpersonal skills, innovative in my thinking, a good mix of strategic and operational skills, has the ability to think "out of the box", very driven and focused. My weaknesses are; in my effort to be to always be efficient, I may run the risk of coming across as impatient to individuals that do not operate at my capacity. I interact exceptionally well at all levels of staff. I take constructive criticism in a positive light and use it to improve myself and my work performance.
