Gavin Ferreira to manage De Hoek Country Hotel

De Hoek Country Hotel has appointed Gavin Ferreira as its new general manager. Ferreira's managerial expertise comes from years of experience working in the luxury hospitality industry in South Africa and abroad.

Ferreira commenced his career in hospitality at the Fairy Knowe Hotel and Resort in Wilderness after which he moved to the United Kingdom. In 2005 he spent a brief time in SA and graduated from Warwick's Chef School in Hermanus. After that, he spent another few years in the UK and most recently returned to Cape Town where he spent four years working at the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa.
