Philippe Baretaud named Mantis CEO

Philippe Baretaud is the new CEO of the Mantis Group. Baretaud will be responsible for leading the strategic vision for the Mantis Group, a collection of over 30 properties worldwide, including award-winning, privately owned five-star properties across all seven continents.

He holds an MBA from ESCP Europe and a degree in law from the University of Lille in France. He started his career at AccorHotels in 1989 when he joined Hotelia, a former provider of retirement homes, in France. Since then he's helped expand the group's presence in the UK, the Middle East, and South Africa.
