New group CEO for O'Keefe & Swartz

O'Keefe & Swartz has appointed Rogan Davies as its new group chief executive officer. Davies was previously head of retail sales and service call centre, as well as head of collections operation strategy, change and optimisation at ABSA/ Barclays.
