Mohammed Abdool-Samad to replace Johannes van Lierop at Massmart

Illovo Sugar's finance chief Mohammed Abdool-Samad will replace Johannes van Lierop as Massmart chief financial officer. Van Lierop will remain at Massmart in an advisory capacity to support Abdool-Samad through a handover period until he fills the role on 1 August 2019.

Owned by Walmart, Massmart's brands include Makro and Game.
