Youth Cricket Academy in P.E looking for club sponsorship

If there are companies out there looking for branding/PR/CSI sponsorship opportunities in PE but I have just come across one which I feel is to good to pass by. There is a private cricket academy in PE called Youth Cricket Academy (www.yca.co.za) who coach somewhere in the region of 600 children per week ages raging from 4-18 years.
Because it is a private cricket academy, these are children from middle to upper class homes. They are extremely popular and well-known in the region and they hold very strong ties to EP Cricket as the EP selectors come to the club to select players for various age groups.
As you know, a lot of these players then go on to play for our national side The Warriors, who are doing extremely well in SA at the moment. So the club is very much a ‘breeding ground' for provincial and SA cricket players.

The club was established some eight years ago and have proved itself extremely successful. It already has inroads into all the 21 schools in PE and surrounds as they organise matches and cricket weeks in the school holidays against these schools.

The Youth Cricket Academy uses a piece of land called the Heatherbank Cricket Ground, which is one of the oldest, nicest and most respected grounds in SA. It was even used by the NZ team for practice during one of their tours. The grounds are also used by provincial sides as well as their own side - Heatherbank. It is safe to say that an average of 900 players use this ground per week and an average of 500 parents go through the gates on a weekly basis. They have also enjoyed a lot of TV and media coverage at the club and have been host to various international sides, KTV Market Day and various other events. They also very successfully host children's cricket parties at the club

The YCA is looking for a naming sponsor for a period of two years and this will entitle the naming sponsor to the following:
Complete branding of the club - the club spans a whole block with busy, main intersections on either side which can be branded
The roof of the club can also be branded which is in the direct flight path of all incoming and certain outgoing planes
All 600 members receive t-shirts when they join the club which can be branded - these are highly visible especially in the schools. The boys change into their gear at school and are collected by the club
Monthly newsletters, emails and various other forms of communication is sent to the parents - this can also be branded (approx 500 homes)
Quarterly cricket weeks are held in the school holidays - 20/20 matches spanning over a period of a week, approx 400 boys participate
The academy would be renamed The "your company name" Youth Cricket Academy.

In addition to all of this, the club has also started a PDI team this year and all of their costs are being sponsored. Their equipment is being sponsored by Bellingham & Smith so this team will also be known as the Your company name Cricket Development Team - there are so many PR opportunities here as this is the first time something like this has been done in these particular leagues.

They are looking for a total annual sponsorship of R150 000 for everything. This can be paid in a monthly amount or in a lump sum. The sponsorship amount will exclude branding costs etc and will go towards the costs of running the cricket ground from which the Academy operates as well as to fund the development team for the year in terms of everything other than equipment. Travelling costs, meals, coaching etc etc
