The group said the development brings together strategic investment, international hospitality expertise and the airport's location as a gateway to the Angolan capital.
The partnership follows the awarding of a hotel concession at the airport to Mangrove and Hilton. President João Lourenço authorised the concession through a presidential decree, with the decision announced by Angola's Ministry of Tourism on 12 August.
The airport, located in Icolo e Bengo, is Angola's principal international gateway.
Mangrove said the project forms part of its plans to contribute to the development of hospitality in Angola and to Luanda's growing position as a regional hub.
The group did not disclose details of the planned hospitality offering, investment value, number of rooms or expected completion date.
The development adds a new hospitality offering to the airport as Luanda continues to strengthen its position as a regional aviation and business hub.
