Court favours Lesedi presenters; Avusa vote gets go ahead
NEWSWATCH: The Johannesburg Commercial Crimes Court has ruled against the SABC in favour of suspended Lesedi FM presenters Thuso and Mamontha Motaung and co-accused Joshua Ramme, writes SABCnews.com. Meanwhile, shareholders yesterday, Tuesday, 18 March 2008, voted in support of separately listing Avusa's stake in competitor Caxton, reports the Sowetan Online. The shell company, to be called Element One, will hold Avusa's 33.6% interest in Caxton and will be listed from 31 March.
