Jockey launches initiative to uplift, empower Durban's hawkers
In partnership with the Texcon Hawkers Forum and Business Support KwaZulu Natal, underwear brand, Jockey has implemented a programme that will see hawkers undertake a New Venture Creation learnership programme for one year in Durban.
At an event recently hosted at the Garden Court South Beach, Texcon officially launched this initiative to 51 selected hawkers.
