Promoting human rights

“An Inclusive Society and Human Rights” is the theme of the Disability 2007 Conference, which takes place alongside this year’s Disability Expo, 1 – 3 November 2007, at Gallagher Estate, Gauteng. The events have taken on a new significance, given that on 30 March, South Africa signed the United Nations Convention on Protection and Promotion of Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disability.
