Curve Group acquires Stock Shop and its technology
Curve Group has acquired Stock Shop, a financial technology provider which creates apps, websites and other digital tools aimed at improving the overall customer experience. The acquisition means that Curve Group has access to several of Stock Shop's products including Know Your Customer (KYC) aggregation and e-learning.
Curve Group intends on integrating KYC's technology to reduce its clients' onboarding time on its banking engine. KYC can be used by businesses are able to verify customers in order to comply with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
