Nozala empowerment deal
Women's investment group Nozala said that through the Nozala Trust it had acquired a 15% stake in O'Brian, a small black-owned advertising company, for an undisclosed amount. While many companies in the advertising industry are finding it difficult to meet transformation goals, this is the first such deal concluded between black-owned firms in order to boost broad-based economic empowerment. – Business Day
