The Table Mountain National Park is now cash-free
Table Mountain National Park (TMNP) will no longer accept cash payment at the Cape Point and Boulders gates from 1 April 2023. This effort is part of a larger cash-free South African National Parks (SanParks) initiative, which began in 2021.
Visitors can pay conservation fees, also known as gate entrance costs, using a debit or credit card, or they can purchase an online gate admission ticket from the SanParks website and follow the steps. When payment is received, the ticket will be emailed to you.
