- Intergrade CRM with WhatsApp business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Integrate email and sms marketing
- Maintain customers database and sales pipeline
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage social media marketing and content distribution
- Develop customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns
- Qualification in digital marketing, marketing management, business management, information technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management and digital marketing.
- Practical experience integrating CRM with WhatsApp business, social media, email and sms platforms.
- Experience with META Business Suite, Google analytics and Google Ads
- Hubspot, ZOHO CRM, Pipedrive and similar CRM platforms
- Lead scoring and customer segmentation
- Email marketing and automation platforms
- Dashboard development and sales analytics
