International accreditation for NBL's Redhill Distribution centre

The National Brands Limited (NBL) Distribution Centre in Redhill, Kwa-Zulu Natal, was recently awarded both HACCP and ISO 9001:2000 international accreditation. The ISO standards specify and document strict operating guidelines with regards to knowledge and procedures, whilst HACCP incorporates the analysis and prevention of hazards. Both require constant and consistent implementation of the various contributing practices. Redhill Distribution Centre joins the NBL biscuits and tea factories in gaining international accreditation and recognition.
