TPG goes global with TNT

Mail, express and logistics company TPG will operate globally under the brand TNT for all its activities from 2006. TNT Express, which has recently celebrated 30 years of service in South Africa, is part of this group which presently serves over 200 countries. Tim Steel, country general manager, TNT SA, says: "Operating under one brand will increase the recognition of the group world-wide and allow for more efficient communication on the various services we offer. The name change highlights the increasing internationalisation of the company."
