TLC washroom advertising ideal for Kotex rebrand

Kotex has used Primedia Unlimited's indoor advertising specialists, TLC to display its rebranded look and feel to young women in a one on one, private environment.

"The campaign, which has been entitled 'the makeover project' has been specifically targeted at young women," says Cara Leigh Woods, Account Manager for TLC.
