M&G Media appoints new board

M&G Media, the holding company of the Mail & Guardian, has appointed a new board following Newtrust Company Botswana's acquisition of an 87.5% shareholding in the company. The board members are: Malegapuru William Makgoba (Chairman), Peter Vundla, Govin Reddy, Rhoda Kadalie, Bob Phyllis, Hoosain Karjieker and Trevor Ncube, chief executive of NCBL.
