Monitoring South Africa (MSA) has launched a new PR telesales division designed specifically to serve the needs of PR and communications agencies. The prime focus will be to increase turnaround time on delivery of pricing and monitoring information to agencies, which in turn will enable them to improve on their delivery time to their own clients, as well as allow them to act proactively on their clients' media coverage. “The telesales department is equipped to act much more proactively on news than the traditional sales department,” says MSA marketing and sales manager Mandy Govender.
