Grey Global SA sells significant stake to private investor

As a result of an empowerment strategy at Grey Global SA, Dr Bongani Khumalo, Chairman of Transnet, has, in his private capacity, acquired a 25,1% share in the agency group. Khumalo, who worked in the ad industry some 20 years ago, has been appointed Non Executive Chairman of Grey Global SA, while Ian Shepherd assumes the role of Deputy Chairman.
