Bronze Exhibition

On Thursday, 5 July Stephan Welz & Co. and Sanlam Private Investments (SPI) partnered to present the opening of the Bronze Exhibition, showcasing a selection of exemplary classic and contemporary works inspired by the intricacies of the ancient art of bronze sculpting.

Stefan Hundt, head of SPI art advisory service, Hayden Proud, curator at Iziko South African National Gallery and Dr Fred Scott, managing director of Stephan Welz & Co. introduced the exhibition and shared their perspectives on bronze as an important medium in South African art history.
