Pick n Pay Clothing presented its trans-seasonal range at the 2022 Cape Town Resort Collections fashion show at the V&A Waterfront on 27 February 2022.
When seasons overlap, trans-seasonal dressing is popular because it incorporates key fashion staples into a wardrobe regardless of the season or weather. The general manager at Pick n Pay Clothing, Hazel Pillay says this trend is extremely popular in South Africa as the month of March continues to be one of its hottest.
The trans-seasonal range currently in stores includes lightweight shirts, denim and easy comfortable chic dresses. The featured range combines natural hues with strong black and white accents. Also included are strong colour trends at the moment, such as tie-dye and ombre.
