Candarel Fashion Experience @ the J&B Met
In line with its positioning and alignment with fashion and style, Canderel followed on its huge success as fashion partner to the Vodacom Durban July last year, repeating the exercise with South Africa's other premier social and thoroughbred racing event, the J&B Met - which took place on Saturday, 27 January at Kenilworth in Cape Town.
The Canderel Fashion Experience at the J&B Met featured a commissioned collection of contemporary fashion by designer Collette Palin, a dress constructed of Canderel chocolate wrappers by designer Dij. Guests were hosted at the Canderel Cocktail Lounge that served the low-calorie sweetener's signature low-calorie cocktails and snacks. A public low-calorie cocktail lounge was also available.
Canderel also sponsored the annual Most Elegant Couple competition - one of the J&B Met's social highlights - as well as scouted for the "Sweetest Couple" - a complementary activation.
