Graduating with service excellence
Gallagher Estate Conference & Exhibition Centre celebrated a year of training and upliftment success with the graduation of its 3rd intake of in-house trained and certified Food & Beverage Service Personnel.
The graduating class was honoured at a ceremony on Friday, 7 March 2008. Among the students that claimed accolades were Patience Ngcwabe, Jonathan Cele and Piet Majatladi - who received special mentions for their hard work, loyalty and commitment.
Four learners received special congratulations for standing out amongst their peers: Khanyisile Moloi and Thembeka Khubheka were awarded joint 3rd place in a managers' vote for the top learner in both the academic and practical components of the course. Nomathemba Mhlongo was placed 2nd, with Tshikani Shibambo selected as the overall winner.
