Kaya FM Family Day
The Kaya FM family day brought to you by KFC, attracts more than 5000 people on any given Sunday. The objective of the event is to provide an environment for families to have a space where children can have fun in a safe setting and parents can be entertained by great local South African music artists.
Family day happens at various venues across Gauteng and this past weekend The Kaya FM Family Day was held at Emerald Resort and Casino in the Vaal, Malik & Black Motion were the entertainment for the day and what adds to the Family Day is that Afropolitans are able to engage with their favourite Kaya FM personalities like Georgie and MoG, who they listen to daily on the radio station. The fun for the day included family sack, egg and spoon races which were a huge hit amongst the children. Understanding your heritage is important, KFC introduced izithakazelo/direto where families competed among each other on who knows theirs best.
