COSMO turns 25
COSMOPOLITAN magazine celebrates its 25th anniversary this month and South Africa's fun, fearless women are in for a treat.
In true COSMO style, the magazine is packed with 25 years of men, sex, love, work and friendship, making a special, collector's 258-page issue. For the first time in the magazine's history in South Africa, it's not featuring a supermodel on the cover, but the iconic COSMO pose, which differentiates the magazine from all the rest.
COSMO's 25th birthday party, sponsored by Guess and Brutal Fruit, was held at Taboo in Sandton, Johannesburg, on 25 March. The hottest new band, Zebra & Giraffe, performed, while 5FM's Erica Elle, Roger Goode and Grant and Anele DJed the night away.
