The ABF Village Cricket Day
The Advertising Benevolent Fund of South Africa were to hold a Cricket Day, but due to heavy rainfall the previous night, cricket pitches were unusable.
Quick thinking by the organisers, suddenly turned the day into a Volleyball/Soccer Day at the Décor Park indoor courts.
The winners of the Cup Competition were the team from Ogilvy with the runners-up being from DRAFTFCB. The winners of the Plate Competition were OMD and the runners-up being a team from The Citizen who were sponsored by Smartcall.
