What is the standard industry renumeration and percentage commission structure for TV airtime sales representatives?
I am the national sales manager for a small television station in an African country with no more than 650 000 viewers for our channel. I would like to know from my more experienced colleagues in South Africa what would be the standard industry renumeration structure and percentage commission i can offer my sales representatives.
