The New Age - Same Old Stuff?
Atul Gupta, the billionaire businessman and owner of The New Age newspaper, was arrested last week in Sandton for obstruction of justice. Most other newspapers reported this and the follow up story, including the fact that the state will not be pressing charges, but The New Age's website made no mention of the story AT ALL. Weird how a paper claiming to be indpendent and non-biased decided to leave out this bit of information.
Jourlaistic integrity? Apparently not at The New Age.
