Does ICASA recognize English speaking South Africans as a group?
You can apply, and may be granted a Community radio license, in 10 of the official S.A. languages. You can also apply, and may be granted a license based on your religious affiliation.
Can anyone point out any Community radio station that has been granted a license based on affiliation of English speakers as a group?
