The new MTN ad
stereotyping of black people continues
the ad i'm talking about is the MTN ad with the yellow freak slash bad impersonation of ipantsula, a south african loxion icon. no concept. just a black dude with a big unrelenting smile, the poor guy smiles even when he's doing the hard sell part, dancing in the streets (that's what they do right?) saying isshh like "from kliptown to cape town" sometimes i laugh at its stupidity but most of the time i curse at every hand that made the ad possible. Who talks like that? Who walks like that? If you've seen the movie "Bamboozled" there's a scene where they have the dance of death...hint hint:-)
