Oscar Blunder...Who's to blame?
So, watching the four-hour long Oscar last night was great. It all ended in a glorious Charlize winning, and also Peter Jackson winning best director, making it a first for a Fantasy Film.
But what I could not help but get angry about is that Vacca Matta, God save them, decided to flight an ad halfway through the show, saying CONGRATULATIONS!?!?
Did they want to intentionally give away the winner of the Oscar beforehand? Or did M-Net blunder and flight the wrong ad? All I know is that it's all in poor taste. I had a whole lot of angry people in house last night who have all vowed never to step a single foot within a hundred meter radius of Vacca Matta due to that ad ruining the show.
It's just perplexing that such a thing was allowed to happen.
