Media24 gets communist off Competition Tribunal panel

• BDlive: Competition Tribunal changes panel for Media24 hearing... According the BDlive report, the Competition Tribunal has "confirmed that it had removed part-time member Fiona Tregenna from the panel appointed to hear a complaint against Media24".
  Apparently Media24 objected to Tregenna being a member of the panel as she is a member of the central committee of the South African Communist Party, "even though she does not hold a portfolio".
