If you've lost your PIN you need to visit www.flysaa.com and click on "I forgot my details" on the right. Using this method, you will be emailed your PIN in eight hours.

To be SMS'd your PIN instantly, contact the Voyager Helpdesk on 086 000 3145 or on 011 978 1234.
