SAA Voyager Miles expire on 31st March 2012. To redeem Voyager Miles you need your PIN that you received when you joined the Voyager programme. If you've lost your PIN you need to visit www.flysaa.com and click on "I forgot my details" on the right. Using this method, you will be emailed your PIN in eight hours.
To be SMS'd your PIN instantly, contact the Voyager Helpdesk on 086 000 3145 or on 011 978 1234.
Once you have your PIN you can redeem your Voyager Miles for HealthSpas vouchers which are accepted at over 300 spas countrywide AND are valid for three years. Redeem them at www.flysaa.com, by logging in with your PIN.
