Red Bus goes hopping mad this leap year

At any other time of the year, you would be able to hop on and hop off the Red City Sightseeing bus to enjoy all the great sights that Cape Town has to offer... but this year, you will not only get to explore the Mother City, but you'll be making a contribution to the conservation of the critically endangered Table Mountain ghost frog.
Red Bus goes hopping mad this leap year

You can hop on the red bus after 1pm on Leap Day – 29 February 2016 – for only R20. If you are a South African citizen and have a green barcoded ID book, hop on down to the City Sightseeing bus stop at the V&A Waterfront (opposite the Aquarium).

If this offer makes you leap for joy and puts a spring in your step – here’s what you need to know:

• It is on a first come, first serve basis – first 400 passengers after 1pm
• The Leap Day special is only valid on Monday, 29 February 2016
• You will need to present your South African green barcoded ID to activate this one-day only deal
• The offer is only valid at our V&A Waterfront tour office (stop 1), just outside the Two Oceans Aquarium

Half of all ticket sales will be donated to the South African National Biodiversity Institute to help aid their Table Mountain ghost frog conservation work. The frog is listed as Critically Endangered by the IUCN Red List and is only found in the Western Cape.
